We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Aperitif Bistro in Rockville Centre. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We began with the mussels special, prepared with roasted garlic, rosemary, ouzo, and feta cheese—an incredible combination of flavors. Next, we had the soup du jour, a rich and comforting potato leek soup with Gruyere cheese. For my main course, I ordered the seafood salad and requested a touch of garlic, which the kitchen happily accommodated. The result was phenomenal—fresh, vibrant, and reminiscent of a delicious ceviche. Lastly, we enjoyed the grilled filet of branzino, perfectly cooked and served with a side of asparagus. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also extraordinary. A special shoutout to our bartender, Jamal, who was phenomenal! He was incredibly pleasant, offered excellent suggestions, and was very personable, making our experience even more enjoyable. We truly cannot say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic food and service. Ignore the 3 people below giving a 1 star review for oysters. All restaurants save their seafood tag and if you really got food poisoning you would report it and the restaurant has to show proof of the tag. All assumptions for those three people.

Wow! My husband and I had such a delicious and romantic dinner at Aperitif tonight! The mussels are to die for and our entrees were cooked to perfection. The staff is lovely and we never felt rushed. We found everything very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Amazing gem in town! Food was fresh and delicious not a bad dish! Our waiter Djamel never left our glasses empty. He made every course special with his wine pairings. If you need a new place consider this the only!

Aperitif in RVC. We loved it! We came here for an early Mother's Day celebration with my parents and it was perfect. The food was delicious from the warm bread, to the apps, entrees, and dessert. It was nice and quiet since we went for an early 4PM dinner and the service was great. We love trying new places and this definitely didn't disappoint. We got the Buffalo chicke meatballs, risotto fritters(my fave), chicken dip sandwich, linguine with clams, mussels, and creme brulee. All pictured.

Service was fantastic. The chef even came out to the table to ask how the food was. I've never seen that before. The burger was one of the best I've had in a long time.

Our waiter Djamal was beyond fantastic. He was attentive & engaging. The food was superb.Loved the hot sauce that chef Giovanni made for me. Will definitely be returning.

First time at Aperitif and it was for Restaurant Week. So glad I took the leap of faith to check out this place. I am a local and always pass by constantly saying I need to check it out!! Beyond my expectations! Restaurant week menu was delicious, my husband and I got the lamb chops and escargot to start- both delicious & my first time having escargot. Safe to say I am a fan!! my entree was the filet Mignon over butternut squash risotto SO GOOD and his was the hanger steak with sweet potato French fries - he said it was great! We ended off with both dessert options I forgot what his was called but I had the red wine pears with ice cream. The drinks were great and the espresso martinis were perfectly made. Thank you Aperitif we will be back and shout out to Johnny our server he wasn’t shocked at our plates being completely empty LOL
